On two of my bikes, and it's not the tires or wheel bearings. Belt?

Hummm rummmm rummm. More on right-hand curves. Sounds like a tire rubbing in fender, but it isn't.

Your tires are feathering. Usually a balance issue. Can also be caused by over or under inflation. Run your hands over the outside tread. You'll feel the tread is feathered unlike the center section of the tread.
