May be tinnious. Does it quite when you stop? On a serious side, can't believe I am say this but your exhaust is too quite.
A shot of talicum on the belt will act as a short term lubrication to eliminate that as the reason. Too clean a belt will make a noise if you are on a narrow street between buildings.

Because you said it is on two of your bikes: do you do your own adjustment on the belt tension? Belt too tight or belt too loose perhaps. Try cleaning the sides of your belt and take it for a ride. Too tight and it may be strumming like a guitar string. The engine alignment changes because the way it sits on the rubber mounts in relation to the rear swingarm. I doubt your bearings on both the bike would be going bad unless you did something to both of them at the same time.
