Remove the cover to the plunger, #39, turn on key, push on plunger if it starts then I'd say it's in the start button circuit to the starter.

Well it’s obvious something is messed up... did you forget to pull the primary locking tool out of the primary? Is the starter fully seated into the primary?

When he pushes start button, the solenoid clicks, which means the start button circuit is doing it`s part of the job...

Got it. Loosened the primary a little bit and moved it around. Hit the starter and it kicked over. The pinion gear was not “locking in” the teeth. Rather it was just hitting it, thus not kicking over.

When it was running fine and going down the road BEFORE you touched it and then it don't; ALWAYS start where you were working FIRST.

It's a time saver.
