I wasplanning on purchasing a new Wide Glide in May of 2008. 50th B'day present to myself.
Time to put my Night Train to pasture! The rumours have it that H-D will not be offering the Wide Glide as a 2008 model. Don't you feel that they will replace it with something comprable since this bike has been such a success for them? Or am I going to have to try and find a 2007 model if one is still around come May!At 6' 3' 260 lbs I need the extra stretch. Tried everything to make the NT work but just not pleased with it.
haven't seen the rumored "Rocker", but maybe it is a replacement for the WG. The Softail Custom is kinda similar if you like softails. If not, you might want to scoop up an '07 while they are still available.
I understand that there will be on color wide glide offered. This came from the dealer? Someone else told me it would be a screamin eagle edition with the 110ci. motor. If thats the case I may end up with a new WG
