Default Wheel fitment question

I’m a novice to wheels so please bear with me. I have a general fitment question. I have a 2007 FXDB with stock 17/19 wheels.
I want to upgrade to an 18x5.5” and 21x2.15” set of RC wheels. I already know that they’re set up with 1” bearings so my 1” axle is fine. No problem there.

Can I use the stock rotors and will they bolt right up without modification? Or, do I need the matching rotors? I’d rather use the stock rotors.

Can an I use my existing stock pully or does a new one need to be installed? I’m not sure how pullies relate to wheel size. So this might sound like a dumb question to you. I have no clue.

Anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

A bunch - and with what I tell ya - still won't be able to answer your main questions definitively

=======

Front wheel..., 19 to a 21 - will it clear the fender (rear likely will)

=======

You'll need spacers to properly align both wheels as I'm sure the hub width will be different from what's on there now

These can be bought in bulk w/ various sizes pretty cheap - depending on material (SS or aluminum) and color

=========

Will the rotors fit - will need to mock up to determine

Bolt pattern and wheel clearance will be the determining factor

If you do / can reuse the rotors - will need new hardware - as those bolts are a one and done type application

=======

Depending on hub width - calipers may need spacers to align / center w/ rotors

=======

Pulley - is dependent on tooth count..., not necessarily wheel diameter

Putting on a bigger rear tire will throw off the speedo - but not enough to get in a twist over

Will the pulley fit - will need to mock it up to tell - and again - use new hwdr, these are also one and done

==============

Use red loctite on the rotor / pulley bolts..., and torque to spec (don't half *** this part)

=========

Add'l questions - ask - answer the best we're able (and yeah..., I did swap the spokes out w/ mags on the WG)

Also 21X3.5 would give you a bit more rubber on the road (look cooler) than 21X2.15.
