Well, I went the 14's. Picked them up today at the stealer. Told me the only thing I should need is the brake line. Held them up to another 07 street bob, so he thinks they'll work. Computer crashed and it sucks typing on this Wii.....,lol Think I'll go get another keyboard for the Ps3. I got the brake line, bars, banjo bolts, grips and fluid for $379. Anything else I'M gonna need? Doing this on Monday. Gonna ride this weekend. I like the wheels but sure don't have $4,000 for wheels right now.
Cowboy, you get your bars on yet? Post a pic if you can. Any problems with the clutch cable replacement? I was looking and it looks like I'll have to take the exhaust off to change it. About how long did it take everyone to change over everything?
Well, I'm getting my Gimps installed this week for $200 & that includes internal wiring for a cleaner look. Anyone out there with the Kuryakn Turn Signal mirrors got any advice? J&P book says to use an adapter that is like $11 Also some places are saying to use a load equalizer. I'm kind of confused on exactly how they're gonna mount. Do I need the part from J&P or is that just something they want you to buy. I'll make sure to post pics when the job is done.

Yep, the shop where I took my bike finally got em installed for me (it took them awhile because they were short on help). The tech told me he had to take some of the bolts off of the lower brace of the exhaust but he didn't have to remove the whole system. I love the Nash bars (they give my bike a "Bobber" look). The next thing I have to do is install some Polyurathane riser bushing though; the stock rubber ones allow the bars to move a little. I'll post some pics in a few.
Here's a pic from my cell phone, not the best but all I have right now>>>
Thanks Cowboy. I'm suppose to get mine put on this Thursday but I'm thinking about seeing if he can do it this Tuesday. Just haven't decided on what I'm gonna do with these turn signals. Thought about just buying the Kuryakan fork mounts & put the rest of the money on some rear shocks or go with the mirrors with built in turn signals. Haven't got any response on the mirrors so I'm not exactly sure what I would need.

No problem man. As far as the turn signals go, I left mine in the stock location. The tech had to drill a small hole through the grip contols to wire the signals. I like the look. Kuryakan fork mounts or mirror signals would be nice too. One thing about the install I can tell you is that it does take some time. Running the wires through the bars and soldering and heat wrappingthem takes up the most time. Everything else ( installing the bars and braided cablesgoes quickly). The techput almost 16 hours on my bike and the bill came to a little over $400.I'll post some better pics today once I get my friends digital camera.
I feel like I'm starting to change my mind more than a damn woman. Never even got the 14's on & traded them in for a set of 16's. Figured I would end up with 16's in the long run so I just went ahead & forgot about the 14's.

Looking good man! You did the right thing! For the last few weeks I've been thinking(should have gotten the 16 inchers), but it's to late now for me. I'll keep my 14's for awhile and maybe in the future go with some 16's.
