I'll throw my vote in for supertrapp. I hate the sound of bassani's, and while I love the sound of a thunderheader, have heard of quality issues here and there...
You're going to get so many varying opinions, your best bet is to check out sound clips on youtube with a good set of speakers/headphones, find one that you like the looks, sound, etc and go from there...
Check with Fuelmoto. Their E-series (hand made stainless) is a great performer but, may be a little quiet for some. They also handle other top notch brands. If you're going with an exhaust, you might as well consider a tuner to actually make the exhaust worth it. They can fix you up on all counts with a map to fit your configuration.
Many don't like V&H on this Forum but quite Happy with my 2:1 Pro Pipe.. After 2 Years and close to 11,000 Miles Still Look like they came out of the box Last Week ..

I've been blowin smoke out them for 15000 miles and they still look and sound like butta.Mild when you need them and a nice deep grunt when you gotta wake up the cell phone sleepers!Vance and Hines have been doin it for so long they have the science down!
I'll give you my two cents as I have had a bunch of them.
I now have a thunderheader and a kerker. I have had vance and hines, hacker, rush, and a cycel shack 2-1
I like the sound and performance of my thunderheader but the quality is crappy. My kerker (supertrapp) sounds good and the quality is excellent. All of my vance and hines ones were decent. I really like a bassani 2-1 and a d&d but I haven't had those 2 yet. If I were to pick anyone for myself it would be something in stainless like a supoertrapp or a bassani to avaoid wear where I live by the beach.
