I have been using a brand of earplugs you can customs mold at home called DECIBULLZ. I got them on Amazon for around $30.
I shoot skeet pretty regularly (3-4 times a week, year round) and I’ve been using them for 2 years. The foamy tips need to be replaced every once in a while, but they fit like a glove and are comfortable for hours. I use them on the bike too.
I just recently picked up the Bluetooth headphone version of these. They Bluetooth portion fit into my other earplugs so I didn’t have to remold a new set. I will test them out tomorrow for music & navigation.

FF aint gonna protect you from fast hwy riding. Been there done that... still gotta use ear plugs unless i want Tinnitus (ringing) after my rides.
the only time i dont use plugs is in the city. I dont ride fast enough for the wind to make much of difference.
