Default Licks Dot wind noise

Anyone with the licks dot helmet use ear plugs? I thought with the helmet covering my ears i wouldnt need to, but the wind noise seems pretty loud.

I've been wearing plugs with it. I started using them when I put on some short shots too though. But I really noticed how much it cut on wind noise when I put plugs in. I'm waiting on a Biltwell bubble shield to show up which I'm curious if that will help a bit - I figure it should.

I do get wind noise on mine but think its acceptable. The main reason I got it was so I didnt have to wear ear plugs like I do with my 1/2 helmet.

I wear ear plugs with all of my bikes regardless of the helmet choice. Noise fatigue is what wears you out on long rides...
