On one of your runs, go to A parking lot in first gear do some very slow starts, and then put it into second gear and again do some starts, what you want to do is lug the motor it will help fill some of the cells and your bike will run way better at those low rpm’s ...
Ok started a new job this past 2 weeks and not much ride time in. However I have auto tuned the bike 6 times and she still stumbles. I noticed that she stumbled at a high rpm also. I was doing appropriately a little over 2800 RPMs in 4th gear just holding there, and low and behold bingo.....stumble. . Can this be my coil? The auto tune just doesn't take care of the problem. Oh pulled the plugs and they look great, so the a/f ratio is looking good.,

Intake leak? exhaust leak? maybe just when its warmed up ....
Not sure at this point...don't think the coil would cause that, if the coil stopped working for instance, then I think the bike would just die...
Wish I could help more...
I think I have the same issue going on right now. Doesn't happen at all when I'm getting on it, but at cruising in third or fourth it will kind of lope until I get it more throttle. I just did a .583 cam and I have a fuelpak. I think its the gas with mine. Runs fine otherwise. Mine was in the garage all winter and with the temp changes I think moisture got in there. Run some dry gas or fuel system cleaner with hi test.
I had a similar situation with my Sporty, carded motor, ended up being the ICM, and ended putting in a Dynatek 2000 in her and that did the trick, but she's got 55K on her. The Dyna only has little over 23K . Took her for a ride after work for about an hr. Darn....still doing the stumbling thing. Putting on new 10mm plug wires on her tomorrow hopefully that's the prob. We'll see
If it's not the tune, and large ve jumps, then my guess would be a pinhole leak in the in tank fuel lines, gummed up fuel filter, or fuel pressure regulator.

Does it hard start?
It starts in a flash! I'll check for leaks, check filter, and where I should the F.P. Reg. Located, don't know what that is.
