and literal **** should you find the ground wet from a sprinkle of a storm of any sort. These tires are absolute trash in the rain.
I run the new Shinko 777s very sticky!! And surprising price. 10 years ago I wouldve pushed my bike before you put shinkos on it. But theyve since been bought out and have some very heavy R&D behind them now. Really impressed with that company!

I have American Elites on front and back...great tires. Has harder center for good tread life and softer sides for grip in the corners. Coming from the sport bike world, I sometimes ride my Street Bob hard in the corners and drag my boots and have found myself to scrape the primary once or twice. I never had any worries about the tires breaking loose.
