Very likely just as I said earlier , little things like the position of the blind holes for wiring clips and threaded holes for exhaust brackets,,etc,,, but those are the nagging little things that will complicate your swapping parts.
Don't forget serial numbers,, the frame and engine do match,, when you swap stuff you'll still need license and title. Different states have different laws but it's usually a Reconstruction title or Salvage title you have to apply for and sometimes there's inspection.
Not trying to say you can't do it all, just giving you a heads up.
Your best bet is to talk to a dealer parts department or at least find a shop that has local experience.
