the guys on the switchback owners forum ( do a google search ) found that pretty much ANY 06 up dyna exhaust will fit right on the switchback if you space out the right side
floorboard by about 1/4"..
switchback was one of the best ALL AROUND motorcycles Harley has made in years and its too bad they replaced it with that sport glide thing...

i will agree with you about it being a great bike, but becareful with that statement about the exhaust , I can tell you from experience that not all and actually very few actually fit these bikes when running the stock floorboards.
its not so much a question of spacing it out, its more of how far that front pipe sits towards the front of the bike. For instance, my Thunderheader front pipe covered the mounting holes for the floorboards mount. No amount of spacing could clear the pipe. My 2017 lower rider exhaust that I bought cause someone said it would clear the board has the same issue. The problem with these 2-1 pipes is that the sit right where the mount needs to be. Some pipes just will not work!
Hi, bought my FLD with duals and sounds good. She's great on the highway with all day comfort and cruising. Has a K&N air filter. But not tuned. Could use a bit more of something, can't put my finger on it. Needs more power out of the gate. So I understand it's not fully Stage 1 without the tuner. Would this be the missing link I need? Or is this just the bike? It's mt first Harley!
