My other bike is a Honda vfr750. Not really considered a sports bike but miles quicker and better handling than my Fatbob in every respect.

The Harley is better for cruising around though.

My first new bike was a '95 VFR. LOVED that bike. Still want another. PIC! Nothing like gear driven cams.

I had an ‘85 VF700F back in ’89. Until I met my first Dyna, it was my all time favorite bike.

Okay, I'll join.... I put my '81 Yamaha Seca 750 up against any other 750 up to KZ900's and take them. It would have smoked any Harley. My current ride accelerates fast enough for me now... as I am no longer 10ft tall and bulletproof
