I wasn't 100% sure what bike it was, had to ask some of the guys I've seen around with street bikes. Either way though , I've raced plenty of gsxrs and others 600 class bikes, multiple runs on each . Take them all til around 85,90 and then they starr realing me back in. 120 is typically where they blow by me

Might want to hold off on launches with "late red light runners" as cross traffic during a launch could wreck your day. (Or, shorten it.)
And yes, that's a lowly 650 twin. Only Ninja slower than the 6 fiddy is the 2 fiddy and 300. Come to think of it, there's a 300 Ninja in my garage...
How does the lowrider S accelerate from 100mph? Lazily? Yeah, that's what I thought. An outa breath slug, like the rest of the "big twin" line. Unless it's modded, that is.
Since the Dyna has an engine displacement larger than a boosa or 14R, you might want to line up against one of those. Prepare to be astounded by brute power (especially if it's turbo'd.) If you think 150 horse is impressive, watch a bike with 600 hp just leave you for dead. It's like the difference between a VW bug and a 997turbo. Same parent company by but certainly different performance parameters.
I'll refrain from comments regarding racing on the street...

The 650 Ninja is a parallel twin (think BSA/Norton) wrapped in plastic. That being said, I'd expect any big twin to take even the highest performing sport bike to at least 30-40 mph off the line. After traction and launch isn't an issue its lights out. I had an old V4 500 Interceptor that was known for its incredible handling and could hang with anything in a tight course, but was lucky to hit the ton.
