That looks like a good, solid, bike to start your Harley journey with

I have a 2011 Street Bob, which I bought as a Demo, and I love it like a leg.

We've been untold-thousands of miles together, and I can cannot imagine ever selling her, or stopping riding her. It's been coast-to-coast, multiple times, without a hiccup...

One piece of advice though: These are 'old-school' machines. They need to be maintained. If you do it, they will last forever, and will not cost much to ride. If not, they will make crunchy expensive noises...

Nice choice man...im super jealous of the forward controls, I've been thinking about putting some on my 2017 street bob, but the clutch side is a big pain in the butt. have fun with it!

yea right now I'm looking for the mid controls brackets to put "mid" pegs on for long rides
