solve your horn problems, FXDWG 06
FYI, my horn started to sound like it had a cold. Spray in to it some WD40 which I don not why, maybe it displaces the moisture, and the next day sound again lik enew. My friend gave this tip, and workds great.

A lot of '06 horns were intermittent and had occasional weak sound on application. If you slip thethe horn wiring connectors off and polish the horn electrical contacts with a little fine emory cloth it will solve the problem.

This solution has nothing to do with weak contacts. Power goes but the diaphragm does not vibrate, thus producing the muffled sound. So if your horn has power , but sounds like it has a cold spray some WD40 and the next day sound like new
