Default Burnt rear turn lenses with Custom Dynamics module
When riding last weekend I glanced and thought I had some condensation in my lenses and was like wtf, but on closer inspection it’s cooking from inside out!

Asked the HD dealer I bought it from and they said maybe a bad brake switch? Thoughts on this, bikes a 16’ Fatbob and was fine prior to installing this module. I have it set on setting “0” for LED air Incandescent, but they mentioned if my signals are on always with my brake light if that matters, but what should/would you do at this point?
This has been installed maybe 5-800 miles or so now, lenses are from HD.

I would swap to the led inserts from custom dynamics

Bulbs, front and back? I have to check that out, what’s our bulb type again, know off hand?

when my front break lever switch got stuck, it melted my lenses like that, had to rebuild the front mastercylinder.

Hmm where’d you get the rebuild kit? What makes this happen from the master cylinder being bad or failing as a cause? Just trying to understand this a little better.

Looks like the reflector my be loose and moved forward allowing bulb to touch the lense...It's happened to me just caught it in time before damage.

Check the rubber gasket around reflector

Both sides are identical not just one, and everything is snug and tight inside but will recheck them.

Im pretty sure a 2016 would utilize an 1157 dual filament bulb, but someone else feel free to confirm

I'm not spending $200 on turn signals to fix this, there's something else to it for less.
