Default Thinking of going to a 110/90-19 anyone else done it
Looking at going with a 110/90-19 Avon Cobra on the front of a 2009 FXDC, anyone else try this set up? Opinions appreciated

I put that size Avon on mine. It made a huge difference in handling and I'm real happy with it. Then again, almost anything else would be better than that stock Dunlop.

Minor changes in the numbers won't make a LOT of difference. I went from a 100/90-19 to a 110/80-19, and thought the bike performed even better, being slightly wider and shorter, but I also felt like I was able to lean further over in the corners before scraping, so I liked it MUCH better!

Going from a 100/90B 19 to a 120/70 21 made a big difference for me too. So much more stable from crappy roads around Atlanta

That is the widest you can go on that silly 2.5” rim. If it was 3” you could go up to 120....but as it stands 110 is it.
