Seat tab questions
I have a '99 Low Rider. The seat that came on it is OK, but scored a pair of other really nice seats that will need work to fit. One is of an unknown manufacturer, and someone ground the front seat tab rivets off of the seat and the tab itself is missing. It appears to fit the frame aside from the missing tab. Does anyone make just the tab and/or mounting hardware?
The other seat is from a '92 Dyna Daytona and utilizes the tab on the frame mount (frame tab slides into seat), which is bass ackwards to the '99 mounting. Without butchering the seat base itself... has anyone done this retrofit?

I have no doubt in my abilities, you should see my daily driver junk and their crafty repairs
Dad retired as an A&P mechanic from a large commercial airline, and he left behind a cool tool box!
Totally agree with the hot rod aspect. Basically was wondering if this was a common thing to do, or if anyone made prefabbed tab kits. Also, I didn't want to hack the Daytona seat if it were worth anything. If it's just another seat, then I'll cut 'er up.
