Default RE: clutch cable

Just changed mine 2 times (long story) [:@]It is pretty simple. Mines an 07 wide glide so dont know how different they are. Drain oil from tranny, should be about 1 quart ? if more comes out you drained somthing else. Remove 6 screws from side with cable going in to it. Cable should come off with cover. nothing on the engine needs messed with. Remove large C clip holding the piece that the cable is atatched to.Its easier with 2 people youl see why. Dont lose the parts as everything inside will now be loose, top plate, 3 ball berings and bottom plate. Pretty sure it only goes 1 way but pay att. to how stuff goes. Unscrew cable, atatch new cable, check o ring on new cable. Reverse procedure, use lock tite on 6 screws, fill with oil check your manuel, mine was 1 quart exactly 75-100 gear oil. Ckeck for leaks, enjoy
