Saltybull ... Thanks for the reply man ... I appricate it a lot!!! ... Im glad to know that there are other people just looking for sound ... and not so much for performance. I listened to the sound clips from Rush ... and they seem to have a nice sound!! ...
As far as the rineharts go ... Does anyone have pictures of rinehart slip-ons on a street bob??? ... I know they look great on the baggers ... Im just not sure how they would look ona street bob ... I have always like the slash cuts ... But maybe a picture would change my mind ...
Also ... About the rush ... If I would go with the 2.0 or bigger baffles ... Would anyone reccomend the stage I ecm download? (again ... not the full sert because I am trying to avoid all of that)
Also ... How would the SEII's with BCT baffles sounds? ... Can anyone tell me if the link I posted eariler of the seII mufflers would fit my 07 bob?
Trotter ... Thanks for the pics ... But I was only interested in the slip-ons since I do want want a full tuner ... So all I am going to be able to do is slip-ons. They do look nice though (kinda hard to see in that pic) ...
I also called rinehart today ... and they said they would still reccomend me doing a tuner ... even with thier slip-ons and leaving the stock a/c ... Do you agree? ... Or would I be fine with just a stage I ecm download and the slipons????
Punty ... Did you do any kind of tuner with ur seII's and bct? ... Hows the sound? ... Also ... Can you tell me if the link I posted earlier are the right seII's?
I can tell you the SE II's with BCT sound like a Harley should, no Tuner on mine but I havethe hiflowA/C with the Download.I know that there are quite a few guys running the same configuration
as far as fittment I am unsure, I do recall a thread with that info though. I'll see if I can find it
I would do the download anyhow.. the bikes come tolean out of the crate. The folks atreinhart are top notch.. I have a set of SE.II's laying around here some where I'll see if I can find them.. You can put them on and go from there.. Cost ya 20 bucks to ship both ways to find out, If that will help..Skip
Do you have the 96" motor with the seII's and hi flow kit? ... Are you talking about the full sert or just the stage I download???
Trotter ... I am talking about the stage I ecm download ... Not the full SERT race tuner. I believe the stage I download is only like 150 bucks.
As far as the SEII's you have ... how good of condition are they in? ... If they are in new condition (no scratches or disscoloring) I would GLADLY buy then off of you (they will fit my 2007 Street Bob correct)???
