I'm 6'3 and been wanting to do something with the bars for a while. Long rides or a day of riding with friends kills my neck from reaching down to the stock bars. Looking at the 12" chubby outlawz or doing higher pull back risers as I actually like the feel and angle of the bars they're just too low. Let me see what yall have done.
I have only ridden it about 30 miles due to the weather but they are very comfortable. Just getting used to the handling. At 5'10" they are about an inch below my shoulders.

Pardon the hijack but were you able to use stock cables and wiring or did you need longer ones?
