Default Odd security problem with my FXD

So, a month or so ago I tucked the bike in after a ride. The next day I went out to ride and all I got was flashing turn signals. The bike will power up when switching the button on the right grip, but will not turn over. The red security light flashes at all times, even while the turn signals are flashing.
I've been reading the forums here since the issue, trying to figure this out. I've changed the batteries in the FOB's, I have load tested the battery in the bike, it's good. I've tried all the different combinations I've read about. One issue I have seen is that it will not even pull up my security PIN. I know it but it will not keep it in memory. If I enter it and then check it again, it's all zeros.
I also have a Snap On scanner that will read and write ( changing or retrieving PIN numbers or adding FOB's) but everything in there is zero's as well. It does give the information concerning the ECM. I have this scanner due to past bikes I've owned, as well as vehicles. It is a new model and up to date for my bike and most Harley models that can be scanned.
I have a spare TSSM security module from another bike I've owned, same numbers. I tried it and the same issue.
So, am I missing something? I've tried with the run switch on and off. I think I've tried every combination of signal buttons. I'm definitely out of my league now.
My bike is a 2009 FXD, with the keyless FOB's. No change with either one. Nothing added, no changes since I bought it. No Led lights. Ran perfect then this!
I appreciate anyone's help with this. If I didn't add enough info, please let me know. I will answer when I can. I work 2nd shift, so may have some delays.

Ride safe and thanks again!

I had to replace this on my bike several years back with similar issues. It's under the seat on my 07 street bob.

I have tried disconnecting the battery and also replacing the TSSM antenna module and actual TSSM security module under the left side cover, by the fuses and relays. These parts are from a past know, good working condition bike. Numbers matching.
Does the ECM or speedo head have security memory?

So, I'm going to be contacting Snap On to make sure my scanner / programmer is working as it should. I should know about that tomorrow or Thursday hopefully.
If it's working and I still can't get the PIN and FOB information to load into the bike, how likely is it that I have a bad ECM?
Or, is it possible to remove the TSSM and just go back to a TSM? The proximity FOB really doesn't mean much to me personally.
I've searched the site pretty hard and can not find a way to determine which TSM part number it would take if I decide to try that.
I'm running out of options of DYI stuff. I really don't want to load up and go to a dealer.

Thanks again for your support.

think imm having the same issue with my 07. When you replaced the antenna does it have to be married to your fobs or anything?

That's a unknown on my end since I have the exact same issue whether I have the original TSSM and antenna or the replacement ones.
Sorry I can't answer that for you.

No worries. I'm also wondering if the wire from my tssm to my antenna is buggered.
