Hello, 2003 FXDL took off stock bars and risers and replaced with 1” risers and wild ones chubbies 10” outlaws. I have a little bit of a snag as now the clutch and brake cables are too short. Probably need at least 4” more than stock length.
Unfortunately the dealers seem useless as none of them could or wanted to help me. 2 even wanted me to leave a message! For what, to never hear back...no thank you! TIA

 

Could try Speigler.

 

I used Barnett #101-30-10006 clutch cable +4
Easy to change.

After re-reading your post, with the riser and 10", you'll probable need more than +4.
