Default Riser and cable/brakeline length

My bike is back home and I am trying to plan for a bunch of goodies for when I go home on vacation in July. One of the things I want to do is change the bars/risers with Biltwell Tracker bars and 6" or 8" risers. Will my stock '02 lowrider cables/brakeline be long enough for the swap?

I would say you'll be okay. 6-8" isn't that much, you may have to reroute some things and get creative though. My suggestion would be to use J&Ps new online help. They set you up to chat with a mech. If you do need any cables, they have a huge selection and good prices.

I put 4.5" pullback risers on my stock 09 fxdc and didn't have to change the cables - the front brake cable was close. Don't know how much slack you have on your model but I would say the wiring harness may be OK but the brake and clutch lines may cause you problems. +1 on checking with mechanic at J&P first.

The Trackers have a 1 3/4" rise with a 12* pullback. Kinda like a low rise drag bar from J&P.
