Default Joker Machine customer service!

Today I finally got a chance to send Joker Machine an email asking about their ability (willingness) to sell some non-catalog items. I wanted a box of loose, unpainted/raw, parts from which I could assemble my own mirrors (with mods of my own).

Figured it was a long shot and was fully prepared to buy the completed items and then carefully disassemble them for modification.

Shot them an email and had a response in the affirmative within minutes. They just wanted me to reply with the parts and quantities needed. I replied and had a custom invoice within the hour.

Two hours, 5 emails, and done. "Custom" parts ordered. Easiest and fastest custom order ever for me.

This isn't my first time buying from them but they certainly ensured it also won't be the last!

Love you Joker Machine!

Great product also. I'm very happy with my ViewTech mirrors from them.

Yep I'm a fan too. I put one of their original jokers on all my bikes somewhere.

I want their round mirrors but they are so pricey! Anyone know of a good website that offers more than 10% off msrp? Revzilla was the cheapest place I could find at 10% off.

It's kind of an expensive gamble on my part. The current JM mirrors I have (viewtech 9) don't quite work for me but I really like the glass and housing. The viewtech 5 parts I ordered look like they may be a good compromise. Same size and shape head but different stem and mounting....which also happens to lend itself to use as a tail light housing...

The parts shipped the next morning (free shipping via USPS) from AZ and are scheduled to be on my porch Sat morning.

Can't beat that with a stick!
