Default 96" to 110" Street Bob

Hey y'all so figured I would start a thread for my new 110" build. Was thinking of selling my 2008 FXDB and picking up a 2017 FXDLS but this made more sense to my pockets since Ive already got the dual disk, FXDLS wheels, and I would end up deleted the ABS on a FXDLS. So Im on the road for the next 7 weeks and I dropped my FXDB off to my buddy at his indy to open up the engine. Below is a list of what I've got on the plate for him so far, just wondering what else y'all think I should throw at him to stack more work on him.

S&S 110" Sidewinder Kit
S&S 89cc Super Stock Heads
Feuling 574 Cam Chest kit with High-Flow fuel pump
Front & Rear oem motor mounts
Barnett Heavy Duty Clutch Spring

He'll also be trimming the spacer in my forks to give me a little room for adjustment on the Pre-Load adjusters. Some powder on a few parts, and a quick single color paint job. Hit me with some other ideas of what I should do to bring a little more to the bike.

Thanks in advance for all the input.

Looks like that is going to be a nice bump in power.

Ask them to take the time to machine the cylinders to get zero deck and use 0.030” gaskets. Sometimes the pistons can be way in the hole.

If you still have the stock 46mm throttle body, you should upgrade to a 50-58mm with bigger injector. The SE 50mm comes complete with 4.9 injectors for less than $400.00

I'd also get a Predator mount for the front instead of the OEM. It made a huge handling difference on my DL.

Sounds like you’ve got a good plan.

Have you considered gear-driven cams?

Predator was on my list, but I was able to get an OEM set for a steal and after talking to tons of friends that know my riding style I figured I would get just what I need out of OEM for now.

The thought crossed my mind but I really wasn't to keen on the difference. My 574 camchest kit came from a friend of a friend for a good deal.

I was up in the air if I would need a larger throttle body but after some reading I was of the understanding it wouldn't be needed. Ill have to look into it some more.

I guess your riding style doesn't include any canyon riding or speeds over 80 mph.... My choice would be the Predator over the new brake calipers.
You'll definitely be giving up HP & Torque by keeping the 46mm TB.
