Hello, I have a 2017 FXDB Dyna street bob I relocated the license plate with a taillight feature with the TCBros relocation light kit (see attached pic). It mounts great, but having trouble wiring it up. The new side taillight kit has a separate running light and brake light. When I splice in the factory blue running light to the new side mount running light all works great (all taillights on back of bike work including new side mount light). When I splice the factory purple brake/blinker light (all in one wire) to the new side mount light, it just blinks once, then all extinguishes (all left tail lights) and left green turn signal flashes rapidly till I cycle the ignition switch. Seems it is related to the new side mount light now being in parallel with the OEM left bullet tail light. If I cut the brake/blinker OEM left bullet light, all works good, but now the OEM left bullet taillight only acts as a running light (don't want that). Does anyone know a better way to do this so all works so my original OEM bullet tail lights works correctly, and the new side mount after market works as well?
