Don't mean to thread-jack, but I'm wondering why the HD/SE tuner isn't well liked? I've seen a few other posts steering people away from buying them. I bought one before I knew there were other options and it's worked for my purposes, which to be honest, are pretty minimal. Just a "stage 1" on my Dyna.

Thats why i asked here ... it seems nobody likes SE tuner from HD lol ! ... my 2012 Fatbob have V&H 2in2 full exhaust system + V&H naked air filter ... so stage 1 fuel management is what i need.
HD SE gives you the chance to alter idle RPM ? ... thanks,
I do like the V&H for the ease of use but we've seen quite a few of them come through the shop and randomly kick maps or just fail out of nowhere. So i tend not to really recommend them as much anymore. I would say if you can go with anything that Dynojet. They have great products with great customer support. The power visions and PCV are some of the better ways to go with any bike I deal with.
