Hello, first post here, please forgive me it this question has already been asked. I have an 08' FXDL and I'm trying to install a set of mini apes on it. I dry fit them the other day and the cables and wires weren't quite long enough. I'm thinking I can make the stock cables work if I replaced the stock 4" riser with a shorter one but I'm not sure what I would do the Neutral indicator and turn signal panel which is integrated into the riser clamp. Any suggestions. Pic of the stock riser attached.

I was able to use the stock cables and wiring when I did 10" apes without internal wiring and those risers. I had to get new cables and wiring extensions when I went to 12" apes with internal wiring.
I had that issue with the idiot cluster when i switched to tbars on my 08. I used the west eagle relocation set up. A little overpriced in my opinion but works well.
