Thanks for the tips much appreciated, do you have any preference to companies that are well known for either top end kits or would you go a custom machine work route, would in time like to pull more power out of it so the more reputable parts/brands you can recommend would be great.
If you can find a machinist to do the work it is much cheaper. They can clean the heads up and inspect your ports and springs. They can also bore and hone the cylinders. At least that's what I did. Get the pistons in hand and set up so that they can match the cylinders to the pistons and cost me about $600 for the machine work and $250-$300 for the pistons as compared to around $1200 for a top end kit that doesn't do anything for the heads.

Awesome man i really appreciate it great insight, I've got to find a machinist local to me with experience in this. Definitely will be looking into it👍🏻
I was looking into suspension and plan on keeping the bike for a long time so i would like to put quality parts on the bike, what are your recommendations?
Ive only tried 2 pairs of shocks on my dyna, ps 490 13.5" and RWD rs-1 14". Hands down the RWD. I was very satisfied with the 490s till I tried something better. I have tried the ohlins black series piggy back on another dyna for a short ride, about the same. Both bikes has different mods, so I cant really make a fair comparison.
I have the ps cartridge in the fork and have nothing bad to say about them, however, when RWD release their cartridge I will swap them out for sure...
Congrats on the purchase! New motor mounts and Sputhe chassis stabilizers. Dynas should have come with bottom links stock, but they didn't. Enjoy your machine!
