Ive only tried 2 pairs of shocks on my dyna, ps 490 13.5" and RWD rs-1 14". Hands down the RWD. I was very satisfied with the 490s till I tried something better. I have tried the ohlins black series piggy back on another dyna for a short ride, about the same. Both bikes has different mods, so I cant really make a fair comparison.
I have the ps cartridge in the fork and have nothing bad to say about them, however, when RWD release their cartridge I will swap them out for sure...
Thanks man i was looking into RWD and reading up on some shocks and it looks like that's something I'm definitely going to do
Congrats on the purchase! New motor mounts and Sputhe chassis stabilizers. Dynas should have come with bottom links stock, but they didn't. Enjoy your machine!
Chassis stabilizer i heard is a must i appreciate the recommendation👍🏻
Yea man haha it definitely needs to go, looking at a few different brands, I like the two-up style any brand recommendations?
I can only speak for saddlemen because thats all Ive ever had, but I can say the difference from stock is worth twice what they charge for a new seat. Several other popular brands out there and Im sure theyre great, but after buying my first saddlemen I never felt the need to try something else. Im on # 3 and I just ordered one for the new LRS last night

I was looking at the saddlemen seats for the look alone i was going to pay the price good to know they are good quality much appreciated 👍🏻
Maybe get the handlebars, grips, mirrors just right. Also the seat and pegs.
Thanks man, i was actually looking for a set of mid controls if i wanted to switch it up do you have any recommendations because i was having a hard time finding some and I'd rather spend money on quality then get something that might crap out on me
From: Depends on who wants to know.........and why.

I love the mid controls on my Dyna. Of course I'm 5' 7". I would probably source OEM mid control parts but that's just me.
