FXD project complete (what do you guys think)
I finally finished my FXD project. I took this baby apart before my first ride and it has been killin me. I took my first test ride today and it was great. My goal was to make this bike as cool as I could with out breaking the bank. I used the regular black paint and added the Ford/ Harley orange to it. I ordered the Short Shots, Fuel pack and SE air cleaner from Eastern. Istead of paying 1k plus for wheels , I had mine powdered coated for 75 bucks! I like the result for the money! Mother wheels rack, wires etc. Ebay, local HD shop etc.THANK YOU JACKYL, of course, for the TL.. I am thinking about going with a spring solo. Anyway, here is what you can do ona budget. Sorry for the script writing I have no clue how I did it.

WOW! I like the color scheme man. Funny enough that you had your stock wheels podwercoated also. I have been looking for somebody that has done it already to decide whether I wanted to shell out the green for new wheels or not. They look great!

Wow, that is a nice set up. It's not like you could ever go wrong with orange and Black on a Harley............

Be proud of that job. The best customizers and artists can do miracles on limited budgets. You have a real gem there....good job.
