Does anyone know what the name of the color of my bike is? its a 2000 Super glide, Looks purple in lower light but hints at blue in the light. I think its a factory color but unsure. I think it may be the purple pearl?
I didnt know as when i looked up the factory colors, all I saw was the colors offered as red, black and pearl?
If I took this to a HD dealer would they be able to tell em with the VIN?

Finally, two new colors (pearl blue and purple) enter the lineup, alongside last year's black, pearl orange and pearl white.
Standard colors: Black
Extra cost colors: Pearl blue, pearl orange, pearl white, purple
Thanks for the reply's yall. I did call a few min ago and they comfirmed that it was cobalt blue. I was truing to get a color to paint the fairing that I got for it but seems that HD discontinued that color. The HD parts guy told me to take it to a HoK dealer and they could match it as HoK does the paint for HD.
Well Im thinking that I may just do a scallop color to contrast the color that is there and paint the front fender and fairing that color also
Harley has something called 'Painted Parts Catalogs' available on their service information portal website, link below. I find these by searching for the year and 'painted' and so far most years scome up. Seems like your question has already been covered, but you may be able to find out a bit more by looking at this list. For instance if you click the downward arrow (the dropdown menu) under 'color', you can select 'cobalt blue.' Then the list will filter out everything but your selection, and you can see that the only non-touring bike in that colour that year is your Dyna.
The 'color code option' seems to be an internal Harley code, and isn't necessarily able to be reproduced by aftermarket companies. Or one company can, I'm not sure - it's not clear yet from what I've been able to find.
