The quantity of a color produced over the course of the year are probably dependent on regularly assessing sales figures.
Black is obviously the most common color. Haven't seen any 2013 yellow Glides. Seen a few ember reds (and purchased one).

Does it really matter? Its a sreet glide. Unless it glows in the light or does magic tricks its gonna look like 90% of the other Harleys on the road. Just ride it.

red sunglow has been offered on various models, various years
It'd be tough to pick out a 13 from a 12, 11, 10 or 09, as they are all pretty much the same. ( 08 would have the old style frame)
My 09 FLHTC is RSG, seen a bunch of FLHTCU's in the same color. I certainly wouldn't have paid extra for it- the original owner did- and I got a good deal on the bike from him.
My preferred color for a bike would be Black ( and the bikes in my garage are...Glamour Green, CHP White on Black, Orange, Blue and the Red... obviously I'm not doing so well on black these days)

What do you mean by common? I don't know of any production numbers published by color. Certainly none are available for 2013.
