I have a Dyna Wide Glide 2006 and want to see if people have had problem with their primary case bearing. The Harley manual says to change the primary case bearing at 15K miles. Please let me know if anyone knows the stories on the primary case bearing.
There's a lot of info on here regarding the inner primary bearing and mainshaft bearing or google it. If it isn't making noise, I wouldn't worry about it. Some people are fear mongers. I ride mine hard and have 38k on it. Both bearings look great. When it breaks, I'll tear it apart and fix it.

The only thing I would watch is the stator and rotor. If you have any voltage irregularities, those are a known issue. The bolts on the rotor back out over time and chew up your stator. 07 plus parts are fine. Or you can take it apart and weld them. It will go eventually and make a mess. It happened to me about 50 miles from home.
Do you mean the bolts that hold the stator on the engine back out? How many miles did you have when this failure occurred?
It's a 2 piece rotor/stator design like below. Mine went at 28k roughly. Its not a matter of if, it's when. It is an easy fix for the most part.

The inner primary bearing on the `06 Dyna was a problem area, if I remember correctly it was due to the alignment of the inner primary cover to the transmission case, as there were no locating dowels used on that model year.
