I went with the Deka because it was considerably less expensive and I could get it faster. I needed it "right now". (Replaced a 3 year old MoCo battery.)
If you want a battery to last use a battery tender.
I don't want to start a pissing contest, but my experience is that every battery I left on a battery tender for an extended period of time suffered a disappointingly short life whereas if I charge them every month or so for a day or so when they are not being used regularly, they give very respectable life.

YMMV...
You shouldnt leave a tender on for an extended period. Batteries needs to "wake up" once in awhile when storage, and by starting the bike once a month is enough. Charge the battery when needed.
I’ve never had great luck buying batteries in the auto stores for bikes, and I’ve haven’t ordered a battery online yet so I spend the extra $ and get them from the dealer. I know that they are rebranded from whoever but it just seems they always have a fresher stock I guess? They are always fully charged upon purchase and seem to last the longest. Also one of the local indys stocks dependable batteries. I feel the auto stores or big chain stores don’t keep their inventory fresh when it comes to motorcycle batteries. JMHO

No pissing here either. All I said was to use one, not when and how.
Yuasa GYZ20HL without question. Ive used the batteries from Harley, and the Big Crank from battery mart. Nothing starts my bikes like the Yuasa batteries, yes its that noticeable.
