Default Engine Rattle?

I'm terrible at describing noises so you'll have to bear with me. I took the baffles out of my MF pipes a few months back and it just sounded awful but I never took the time to put them back in. Today I packed the baffles and put them back in thinking it would get rid of the rattly/shaking sound I was hearing. It didn't. The noise isn't there at all at idle or when I have the clutch held in while in gear but whenever I go past a quarter throttle (even in neutral) it starts up. I can't really pinpoint where it's coming from but it's definitely the right side. I thought it might be a loose heat shield so I just tightened all the fasteners and the sound remains. Best I can describe the noise is almost like loose metal vibrating around. Like what you'd expect if the heat shield WAS loose. Any ideas? I just got it back out of the shop for some other repairs after a month and a half and really don't want an open-ended bill since it "could be anything". If y'all need more info, I can try to provide it the best I can.

Oh, just so it's out there, the bike is a 2011 Dyna Super Glide and the only modifications to it are the MF pipes (put on before I bought the bike) and a heavy breather. No tunes or anything else done.

Along with the gas tank bolts, check the heat shields and exhaust mounting nuts n bolts.

Had a weird rattle on a bagger a couple years ago, left side though; turned out to be a loose inner shift lever so the noise went away if I held my heel against the rear shift lever. Baffled me for weeks until I figured it out. Could it be in either the rear brake linkage or a missing wave washer on the peddle? Or could it be a loose mounting bracket where the pipes bolt to the trans?

I realize you said right side but have you checked the jiffy stand is still up against the rubber bumper. Last Year had loud rattle on my 02 SuperGlide, found the bushing was worn for the foot shifter, check your foot controls for any slop.

Is the rattle always there or only under acceleration? What kind of spark plugs you running? It could be ignition pinging.
