I fully agree with you. The 27 million cases , and 467 000 deaths alone in the US. Are all just lazy bug.... and no goods. That’s why I had to wait 6 months for a spare part from the US to my Harley.
Well. Let’s not divert this thread too much, but there no doubt this is a very serious virus. However life must go on. I got on a plane and flew, twice. I go to work. I go to stores and restaurants. When I’m going to be exposed to the majority of red necks down here who say the virus is a political hoax and don’t cover their faces, I wear a N95 mask. However I don’t walk down the street alone, with a mask on. That’s just silly.
That said, I still don’t understand how Red Thunder can have such poor business processes, poor production, not responding to customers and resellers. Just bad. They’re lucky they have such a good product.
Maybe I can find a custom exhaust shop who can make me a set of heat shields if they keep shining me on...

I agree. Some how it is irritating that you have an exhaust you really like, and would recommend.
But at the same time, you won’t because of their ,let’s call it really really bad customer service.
I’m thinking about ditching the Red Thunder. I can’t get heat shields, they don’t respond at all. A reseller of their exhausts I know said they barely respond to him and when they do, it’s all double talk. The pipe is nice, but it’s brutal w/o shields and if I can’t get them, it’s gone. I’ve been waiting three months now - they were ordered when the pipe was, in early December. I think I’m done waiting.
So I’m thinking about picking up a real thunderheader and having it cerakoated, and maybe picking up one of those aftermarket brackets. I recall once reading about people having them “jet hot‘ed” which coats inside and out. Not sure how that works with the fiberglass matting in the muffler though...

If you won’t, I can try to get them here and then send them to you.
My indy ad the exhaust within 2 weeks.

I appreciate the offer, but I doubt you’re dealer will have any different results. This Company is just really poorly run and that’s not going to change. You can’t keep lying to customers, not deliver product and expect to stay in business, no matter how slick your marketing is.
And I don’t feel like waiting around for another two weeks just to find out it’s going to be another two weeks, and another..
I sent an email to Twinoza who is a EU reseller looking to see if they had any inventory, but they order from the manufacturer direct, so that’s no good.
They pretty much suck. Great product, terrible company.
And just another wonderful tidbit. They finally responded to me that they shipped heat shields to Fuel Moto yesterday. Yet Jamie has no information/tracking or any notification. Then today I got this from Red Thunder:
Mike we are very sorry for that delay sincerely
REDTHUNDER EXHAUST sent Yesterday at 7:31 PM
We are deeply sad for this situation which is uncomfortable for us
REDTHUNDER EXHAUST sent Yesterday at 7:31 PM
But Italy is again in lock down completely
REDTHUNDER EXHAUST sent Yesterday at 7:31 PM
You can’t imagine how difficult is to organize work liek this

We saw your comment and believe me we set up New deletes because we have a good exhaust
REDTHUNDER EXHAUST sent Yesterday at 7:31 PM
People are looking after it world wise

Unfortunately the collection of the accessories took way too long and yes is very frustrating for us as Redthunder tries to give the best out there
So I have no idea what this double talking means, and they didn’t reply to the simple question “so did the heat shields ship or not”
