Its a aftermarket MC Fatboy/Bob. Duh. The man asked and he received and yes they do have plastic tubes. But I bet I can stop quicker than you. Not a motocross bike. Unless a FXDX is a motocross bike
Sure Dave. Brembo monoblock radial brake caliper. TC Bros caliper mount. MC is brembo. I forget what model. Had to weld mounts on to frame for MC and make my own brake lever rod out of a push rod. Brakes work 100% better then stock. A little touchy but I got used to it. I also run all aftermarket up front if your interested
and yes! I was running a little rich

I have a brembo rcs 15mm with a single brembo M4 caliper in front(34mm pistons). The combo works great and the feel of the rcs is amazing.
Generally rear brake is different tho. Smaller caliper and disc with a smaller piston in the mc. There are not many aftermarket rear mc with bigger pistons(I belive) that could match a caliper made for the front the same way as the front mc.
Front and rear mc shouldnt have the same feel(again, I belive) because your hand can control the lever more precise than your foot controlling the pedal. And your foot is way stronger than your hand and need a more forgiving setup.
If Im not mistaken, you also have the M4 caliper no? Do you think the mc's 11mm pistons fit good with the M4 or do you wish is could be bigger(or smaller)? And how is the pedal distance compared to stock?

I would say it's a perfect match. There definitely more touchy then before but feels perfect now. I've let one person ride my bike and had to warn him about them. I have the same set up in front with the 19

When you say touchy, do you mean its aggressive and locks up the rear wheel fast(short travel pedal) or aggressive in the sense that it bites hard without locking the rear wheel?
99 with stock master, Wilwood GP310 caliper, matching low-mount bracket, and Lyndall floating rotor. The bracket and caliper are custom finished to better match the stock fronts but mechanically unchanged.
With Lyndall Extreme pads (to match the dual fronts), I think the rear brake is a bit too aggressive (too easy to lock up) so I want to try their lower grade(s) once I get to the next stage of the build.
Left is the customized Wilwood (upside down from installed orientation). Right is a stock 08+ rear
