Default cam timing question

got a 2001 wide glide here with a running issue and I wanted to check if the cams are correct . if the 2 cam indexing marks line up and rear cam/pinion drive sprockets are indexed should the motor be at tdc on the rear cylinder? the front cylinder is on overlap and the rear piston is at tdc . many thanks...

With timing marks aligned, the front cylinder will be on overlap and rear at TDC of compression stroke.
