need advice on new rims

I have a 2007 low rider with original rims. I want to get new rims because the nipple for the rear is right in the middle of the rim. real PIA to get to. Currently have a good Metzlers 160/70/17 on rear...100/90/19 on the front. Could someone give me the size of rims I need to remount my tires on. I may get just the rear unless I can get the front matching for a good price. The front nipple is easy to get to.

Are you saying, the valve stem is in an awkward position so you want to replace the rims??? If so, how about a 90 degree valve stem..

ya know, I had one of those some time ago, and someone told me that they do get loose and will let some air out of the tire. Maybe I should try one again. Duh !!!!

I use an air chock that has a head that pivots, so I can angle it to get in to tight spaces. Beats replacing a valve, plus it comes in handy with other vehicles.

So you had one but did not say it lost air but some one else said it does so they must be no good... Oh ok... I guess the good side of it is that at least you can keep the proper air pressures, you know if you had to add air...

Also, I have been using a dually wheel style pencil gage and chuck till I get the tires and stems swapped.
