No such thing as a Dyna Death Wobble. All bikes can get a shimmy when under load. Especially when you hit bumps or cross painted lines on a bend.
I have experienced it on my Dyna, ZZR1100, GSRX600, 750, 1000. R6.
As others said above, lots of things can make it worse. But even a well maintained and serviced machine will start to move around the harder you push. You can even see it in MotoGP.
You also have to consider the age of many Dynas out there. There will be a lot bikes with tired suspension and other worn important parts.

Just to be clear, when people are talking about the dyna death wobble its about their (super)bad design of the swing arm that is mounted on the engine and also is rubber mounted. The engineering is not something you want to brag about. Its amazing Harley continued with this till 2017. THATS something worthy to brag about.

I love my outdated, poorly designed rubber mounted POS. You should stick with more modern designed bikes as you clearly arent a fan. Ride safe.
Trust me, you already know what I would say. Im sure you hear it all the time.
I have one question for you and you dont need to answer me, just think about it, please. Why have you upgraded your outdated, poorly designed rubber mounted piece of **** bike with better parts?
If your a true believer a Dyna is magnificent, lets say it has really good bones. it pulls like a late 60's muscle car, extremely reliable, has a classic look that will never go out of date, and a bad boy image. What's not to love,,, Okay if your not in the 90% of Harley owners that are here to enjoy the ride and cruse you might discover the rubber dance. Not a big deal you now know where it happens... Don't go there. OR SPEND MONEY that fixes most handling issues... Not going fast enough. SPEND MORE MONEY you can make 150 semi reliable horsepower. We all spend money on our toys and its OK, I view most Harley's as a blank canvas. Remember nothing is perfect and neither are we, that's OK too.
The bottom line is... Any Harley is a pleasant way to spend time, meet new people, and express yourself with your own personal mechanical creation that's yours and yours alone.

I've never heard of a Dyna wobbling for no reason and i've been around longer than Dyna's. I have one with 95,000 miles and it's sure never wobbled. I've rode with countless people riding hard at high speeds on Dynas and never seen a wobble. Never heard of anyone mention a Dyna wobbling. My conclusion has to be that Dyna's don't wobble and someone just made up the term "Dyna Death Wobble"
