Some other thread on here talked about there being a vent for the transmission in that area between the primary and transmission. I had a leak after rides that was due to too much transmission fluid. Just like with the engine oil, "full" on the dipstick may be too much once it is hot and sloshing around.
also I found out that 2 of my derby cover bolts had striped out so I will have to put in some heli-coils. If those don't work I will have to drill out more of the ez-lok thread replacements.

You see that drip of oil about to drop to the left of the drain plug? Well that drip is higher than the drain plug so I would think the leak is above that...
Another thing I noticed in the pic is that your drive belt is not tracking properly.. It's way to far to he left of the drive pulley.. It should be pretty much centered in the drive pulley... Unless that is that you have a wide tire on there and made adjustments to accept it...
after I replaced the inner primary seal it stopped for a couple months and then started to leak again after a long ride. it is coming out at the rear sprocket between the primary and trans. at this point I have no idea and am about to tear the whole thing apart again.
In theory it should be an easy fix, I had the same issue for 6 months but mine didn't drip as much.
Are you using the correct torx specs when re-installing the primary etc
