Replace it. I had the same problem for a year and finally replaced it and the stalling is completely gone. The only thing is if you have a tuner you might have to go in and reset the IAC setting in the tuner software.... the old high IAC used to have a adjustment up and down of about 10 or 15 degrees. The replacement just went in one way without the ability to adjust it. So I just reset the software in the PC5. Fuel Moto was the one who suggested that and was right on the money. This was on an 06 Softail with a power commander 5

Actually its the TPS calibration that has to be reset in tools....
