That study is flawed, concerning the Amsoil filter.
They show the small SMF 109,not thefilters used for Harley engines.
Whatcan't be seen in the photosis the materials used for the filters.
Amsoil uses three materials for the filter process. (Synthetic, Cellulose and Glass.)
Best overallprotection, a "total package".

been more dang trolls on here latley, LOL.
Man, you are the one freaking out, all I'm asking is that you stay on topic once in awhile. You hijaked this thread with your opinion on China and jobs and ****. You have a nice computer job, I have a nice lab job, what I'm saying is China isn't threateningmy job or your job for that matter. We can debate this in the other forum if you want, Let's just get back to Oil filters, OK? WTF is a troll, anyway?
come on guys this topic wasn't meant to start fights or arguements!!! If your happy spending the money on the HD filter which is out sourcedto another company that's great or if your happy spending $15 on a basic filter with a nut welded on it that is all personal preference. I've always been happy with the $6 fram filter but now knowing I can get a pure one filter for the same price with better protection may mean I'm switching brands. I am not saying the SuperTech filter is the best way to go by any means but for those out there who don't mind spending $3 on a filter and changing their oil every 2000 miles it works out great. all that really matters is that were out riding right?
