Make sure you get the dimpled bars if you're using factory controls. The wires need to tuck up into the dimple.
I didn't have to extend any cables or wiring, I just had to crack the brakeline loose and adjust the angle (hopefully that makes sense)
. I even added a 1" spacer under my risers.

Got them installed. This is a big improvement to the Buckhorn style for me. I didn't like the buckhorn bars at all. Stock cables and brake line. Easy fit. I love them!
I had buckhorns on my 95 Dyna and wasnt loving them much. Swapped them out for a set of 8-inch Heritage bars which are similar to the ones you have there. I had to tweak the brake line a little but otherwise, everything bolted right up, no new cables or wires needed.
