Default Hand Deflectors

I froze my hands off last winter(Michigan) and I want to be prepared this winter. I've seen a few threads on Hand Deflectors from National Cycle. The ones for my 99 Super Glide only come in clear. I have a slight tint to my wind shield and it would be nice if they matched. I haven't seen any others on the web. The only thing I've seen are some mitt looking things you velco to the handlebars and insert your hand into. Look warm but clumsy.
Has anyone had any experience with the mitts?
Arethere any deflectors out there other than Nationals?

You could get some good snowmobile gloves. They work great. There are also some heated gloves available.

hey mark, i agree with you on the michigan weather, IT SUCKS!!! have you thought about getting a set of heated grips? or a set of heated gloves? there is a little trick i do every year. i have two sets of grips for my bike. i use my twist metal grips in the summer ( the ones i like)and change to a rubber grip for the winter. the metal ones turn into iceslices in the winter. helps out a ton. jackyl
