The problem is..
When the ignition is turned on
It doesn't work at all.
There's no sign on the speedometer.
There's no sign on the screen.
Of course the kill switch doesn't work.
The battery is fully charged.
I checked FUSE.
All the lights are on.

There was no electrical work.
During the steering wheel riser work, the alarm went off three times.
After that, when the ignition on,
It doesn't work at all.

It’s called a handlebar, not a steering wheel. Who did the riser work? Obviously the problem must have occurred then. A wire might be broken, abraded or pinched. You will get some smartass answers here, but hang in there.

Look there. My Wild *** Guess is by not removing the main fuse before starting your electrical work, and yes there was if you were messing with the wiring in order to install the risers, setting the alarm off 3 times has disabled the system.
